HISTORY

After twenty five years working as an IT solution provider, a professional services consultant/manager, and an IT Director, Rich Spinner was involved in a new venture sponsored by a national bank to assist their clients with developing and implementing e-Commerce strategies. During that year, it became very clear that senior executives struggle with technology issues and the rapidly changing technology industry.

Many felt they were not getting value out of their investment in technology. Some where concerned about competitors using technology to supply better products and services to their clients. Some were buying technology in response to customers or suppliers that wanted integrated systems, not knowing whether they would get any real return on that investment.

Each one acknowledged that they needed help, but did not want to hire full-time technology resources for short-term needs. They wanted to work with local people and build long-term relationships, so they didn't have to retrain resources on their company plans, policies, and procedures. So Rich decided to offer experienced IT professional services that would provide the owner, CEO, and/or their senior leadership team with one or more "Trusted Technology Advisors" to advise them on an interim basis to match their requirements.

Their advisor(s) would learn the company's business, leadership style and culture, and then help senior management develop a technology strategy based on providing tangible benefits to the business. In addition, their advisor(s) would be available as needed to see that the strategy was implemented properly. Finally, their advisor would be alert to industry and competitive technology trends that would require altering the strategy.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a group of successful, independent contractors that have teamed together to provide high quality, experienced professional services to the Northeast Ohio market.

We recognize that technology has become so complex that it is often impossible for one person to do it all. So we handle what we can individually and rely on our teammates for additional assistance when needed. We do both staff augmentation and project work.

We are well educated and stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends, but have the maturity to stay away from the bleeding edge.
